The
Prophet (s.aw) passed by a woman who was sitting and weeping
beside a grave and said to her "Fear Allah and be patient”
(Bukhari 2:343)
The following gives an overview of the Cemetery. Phase 1 was developed in 2002 when the Cemetery was first opened, with Phase 2 being developed in 2006. The final Phase willbe completed in Summer 2010.

Shown below is a picture of the standard grave marker that is put
on each adult grave, made of granite measuring 300mm*300mm*30mm
in thickness. The cost of the marker is included as part of the
burial fees and the inscriptions are standard on each marker throughout
the whole Cemetery. Smaller grave markers made of the same high
quality marble are also placed on graves of children.
Grave markers on childrens' graves are smaller and made up of marble.
